crackling sound
Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Wheither i use banshee, vlc or any other applications, the sound is extremely
choppy when working at all.
I updated a few weeks ago, and for a while the sound card wasn't regognize at

Also there is no sound whatsoever when i turn on and off the computer. The
whole thing is pretty disconcerting
