microphone, screen dimentions, and closing "X" sign

Bug description:
my ubuntu version is 2009-10. since then I didn't want to use newer
distros. Because the page closing X sign moved from RIGHT TOP to the
left top. This caused often to close the page mistakenly. I think this
is the biggest mistake you did by moving to LEFT. Because while
trying to click "FILE", I often clicked to this "X" sign and closed
the browser. I don't know if I can change the location of this X box
to close the web page.
Microphone signal is not being recorded, screen image is not steady
and flickering, I could not adjust the dimentions of the screen
