Title:
[Ubuntu 10.10 0 - Soundblaster CA0106] ALSA test tone not correctly
played back & no sound playing in any application, including system
sounds
Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
I have Ubuntu 10.10 on a separate drive as Win7, and I boot into Win7
just fine and audio is functioning properly on using the same CA0106
Soundblaster audio card. After a recent update I seem to have lost
all audio playback. No application is capable of generating audio
output, and this includes system sounds. I'm not muted, my speaker &
audio hardware is all enabled & turned on. Please assist!
