Bug description:
Issues of unofficial packages (e.g. available from PPAs) are not
supported when the user wants to file a bug. When an unofficial
application crashes `apport-gtk` shows up and offer to report a bug
nevertheless, allows the user to start (resource intensive) gathering
of bug related information) just to notify the user that the package
is unofficial and not support.
