apport cannot handle unpackaged applications running from /media

Bug description:
Currently Apport works very well at handling crashes with packaged
applications. However, consider the scenario where an application
distributed on optical media, executing via XDG autostart from /media,
crashes. As it stands now, it is not possible for vanilla Apport to
handle this scenario.
