I don't have anymore sound when using ubuntu 12.04

Bug description:
I had good sound but it stopped for no aparent reason, I have tried
all remedies in Ubuntu support peers but non worked. Please note that
when I start ubunto from my usb directly sound comes back and
everything is ok. I enssured that all settings for sound are marked
correct and that volume is in mid high and nothing is in mute.
