Bug description:
Any audio has a delay on startup but is usually not out of sync. It's as if
audio has been muted for a second at startup of any audio or video. Even system
sounds are not heard because of the short mute.
If i adjust the volume I don't hear the first couple of little system tones.
I don't hear the system startup "Drums".
