apport crashes when submitting other application's crash report

Bug description:
Binary package hint: apport
Upgraded kubuntu to 9.10 a couple of days ago, since then each time I try to
hibernate, on restart apport says there's a kernel problem (but this is another
problem which I filed separatly) and tries to submit a report. Before
completing submission apport crashes and generate a report for this new crash
(actually I am prompted with 3 alerts each time everyone saying that apport
crashed). At last, I end up with 6-8 "apport-kde" processes running in
background.
