Bug description:
Binary package hint: apport
It would be nice to be able to request a new package with ubuntu-bug so that
users don't have to ask where to file the bug. Maybe a cli switch like
ubuntu-bug --new
The form could prompt for the things we need for a needs-packaging report
like:
name
homepage
license
It could also add the appropriate tags.
