Binary package hint: apport
When using apport-cli in my native language (Russian), I'm having a
problem with the options it gives: Report, Ignore, Cancel.
The problem is with the corresponding "buttons" - they are not
displayed properly in gnome-terminal and basically look like:

I guess apport just takes the &-prefixed character from the
translation and places it as a button in the CLI interface, but the
Unicode support is likely missing in that place.
