Apport raise error on reporting kernel oops

Bug description:
Binary package hint: apport
1. After resume my system has a kernel oops. [ WARNING: at
/build/buildd/linux-2.6.31/kernel/power/suspend_test.c:52
suspend_test_finish+0x80/0x90() ]
2. Apport correctly detects the kernel oops and starts to collect information.
3. Apport ask wether to send information to kerneloops.org or not. (Answering
yes or no doesn't change further behavior)
4. Apports continues to collect information and then stops with the warning
message:
"This problem report is damaged and cannot be processed.
