Bug description:
Problem has been happening for 2-3 weeks now, tried all diff
combination of settings I can.
Programs that make crackling/static sound when playing audio:
Google Chrome, espeak in terminal, FCEUX NES Emulator.
In google chrome i tested flash and HTML5, (thought it was maybe a flashe
issue)
Program that play correct sound with no static:
Google Chromium
VLC
Speak test from sound settings
Only happens on HDMI, computer speakers no.
