Bug description:
The sound from this device was working fine until I upgraded from
10.10 to 11.04. After that I have not been able to get the sound
working at all (checking all the channels are at full volume and
unmuted in alsamixer). I have just upgraded from 11.04 to 12.04 but
the issue persists. The sound works fine in Windows.
