Ubuntu Bug Gui gives 500 error on large files on slow speed

Bug description:
Binary package hint: apport
Im reporting crash (size:66mb) and Gui asks do i want to report full report
(229mb) i press yes.
With slow upload speed it takes about 10min and when finishes it gives error
500 and a close button witch makes bug reporrting close and for usual user
unknown crash folder this crash report is lost since gell never again report
this bug.
Maybe some LP setting needs to be changed? longer time available uploading
for one buf report? couse other wise im now 3rd time uploadiing bug and it
wastes time and server CPU.
