[Fix] Disable IEC958 (SPDIF) through ALSA UCM. [Test] With the UCM applied, `pactl` and audio panel in gnome-control-center no longer have SPDIF option. [Regression Potential] Low. This fix limits to the HP Thunderbolt Dock, other devices are unaffected.
