There is nothing in /var/crash at the date of the crash nor about
lightdm. I don't know if this directory is periodically purged, but as I
remember, no file was produced.

I will not be able to reproduce the problem before end of august as all
users are in summer holidays.

Title:
Sessions crash, all X11 remote users disconnected

Status in glib-networking package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Hello,

I have a Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS (Xenial Xerus) used by many X11 remote
  user.

When upgrading to glib-networking, glib-networking-common and lib-
networking-services to 2.48.2-1~ubuntu16.04.2; all sessions crash
randomly at the same time many times a day.

When it happens, all users are disconnected and it looks like lightdm
  is restarted.

Downgrading to 2.48.2-1~ubuntu16.04.1 resolve the problem.

  X11 terminals were not upgraded.
