Steps:
* get http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/12998333/
* lock your phone
* turn the screen on
* run with:
$ QSG_RENDERER_DEBUG=render qmlscene tmp.qml --desktop_file_hint=unity8
* use the launcher to focus a different app
Expected:
* no render prints until you unlock and focus the app

* rendering all the time
