Set priority to High because it will block samba from migrating, which will in turn block Python 3.9 from migrating.

These tests attempt to invoke mount.cifs in order to mount a user mount point. I investigated and found this on dmesg: [ 53.586709] CIFS: Attempting to mount //localhost/myshare1760 [ 53.586735] CIFS: Unknown mount option "symfollow" After some more investigation, I noticed that there are both a Debian and an upstream bug reported about this failure, and that upstream has fixed it in util-linux 2.36.2. I would be nice to have this version in hirsute so that cifs user mounts can work again.
