I actually manually styled that content looking at the Unity8 "Connect to wifi"-dialog. Might affect USS more than UITK.

What you see: The dialog title is not bold, but the field labels are. What you should see: either (a) both are bold, (b) neither are bold, or (c) the title is bold but the labels are not.
