A similar issue was reported against radeon (bug 1911369) so maybe it's
a problem with Mesa 20.2.6.

Bug description:
I use to press Alt+Tab to switch between windows (or frames, whatever)
and I noticed today that when I switch to another window the up bar
blinks.
I already had a display problem once, so I knew it was better with a
external video.
EDIT: I remember having this problem a year ago perhaps, and it
disappear if I reboot my computer.
