I am opening a fresh bug report although I am aware that similar bugs
have been reported in the past. This bug is on Ubuntu 21.04 and the
other bug reports relate to much older versions of Ubuntu.
I have done a clean install of 21.04 and am unable to play H264 videos.
Starting totem from a terminal gives the following messages:

I have installed all gstreamer plugins and ubuntu-restricted-extras. VLC
is able to play the same file. But totem crashes
