Bug description:
When updating docker.io to 19.03.13-0ubuntu3.1, I get the following
errors:
Can't exec "/tmp/docker.io.config.iu4mIv": Permission denied at
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl-base/IPC/Open3.pm line 178.
open2: exec of /tmp/docker.io.config.iu4mIv configure 19.03.13-0ubuntu3
failed: Permission denied at /usr/share/perl5/Debconf/ConfModule.pm line 59.
/var/lib/dpkg/info/docker.io.postinst: 31: zfs: not found
I have /tmp mounted with "noexec":
tmpfs on /tmp type tmpfs (rw,nosuid,nodev,noexec,noatime)
