Normally this would be done during the devel series, but this version was delayed too much to migrate before hirsute was out. [Fix] Build-depend on the new packages, including libclc which is now built from llvm sources. [Test case] Test AMD graphics and/or qemu desktop (llvmpipe) after installing migrated packages. [Regression potential] This has been in Impish for a month now without issues.
