This is still happening in 2021. My system was stuck running tracker- miner-f with 100% CPU usage and it kept saying 1 second remaining although it was completed. Every few weeks my system goes completely sluggish, almost unusable and it is always tracker-miner-f. I just submitted another bug report before seeing this existing one.
