You have been subscribed to a public bug:
Pressing Alt+F2, then typing ubuntu-bug results in an apport window
asking "What kind of problem do you want to report?"
Choosing any package results in a "No package specified" error message.
"You need to specify a package or a PID."
And then it dumps you and the baby out the window.
