@Seth: The Ubuntu 20.04 that where I tested this issue was a virtualized environments that runs Parallels Desktop over a Mac OS.

Actually there isn't any replacement for OpenSSL 1.1.1f for Focal (Arm64), so it makes difficult to use Ubuntu 20.04 in a production environment.
