Startup and logging are extremely slow. When I try to run firefox a dialog box shows up saying it is not respondig and asking to wait or forcequit. If a wait it eventually opens (after over a minute) and seems to work correctly. Similar issues occur when trying to run mpv. In some cases the computer might even hang completely. I am running Ubuntu Budgie 21.10 (budgie-desktop 10.5.3). I also have Xmonad installed. Xmonad starts much quicker but has the same issues when running applications. The problems seem to be solved by booting with kernel 5.13.0-22 or kernel 5.13.0-23 with nomodeset.
