Bug description:
  Applications running with GTK < 3.24.26 crash when running under GNOME
  40. This was fixed in GTK 3.24.26 by MR
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/merge_requests/3219

  Please package either current GTK 3 (3.24.28) or include the given MR
  in the current build.
