After upgrade on Ubuntu 22.04 i can't connect to several servers. Connecting
stopped on SSH2_MSG_KEXINIT sent

I'm checking connection on old version Ubuntu 20.04, it's working. Remote
server use
KexAlgorithms=diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha256 and HostKeyAlgorithms=ssh-rsa
On Ubuntu 21.04 ssh was work.
