Title:
NetworkManager IWD, wpa_supplicant backends
Status in network-manager package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
focal, network-manager 1.22.10,
NetworkManager now support (alternative) IWD backend via `wifi.backend=iwd`,
but the package still depends on wpa_supplicant. NM should require [iwd OR
wpa_supplicant].
