Title:
Could not printing from LPT port with Ubuntu
Status in “cups” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
I have lenovo PC edge 73z, this PC has an LPT port. I've tried to
install Windows in this PC, and it's printing well from LPT, but whe I
reinstall it with ubuntu 12.04, 13.04, and 14.04, it would not work.
When I try to add print, it's detecting my printing such as LQ310 and
LQ2180, but in Printing Tes steps, it can't printing.
I've also tried to print with the same print and with the same OS but
at this time via USB, it working well.
Please, any one have the solution for me?
