* Merge with Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
- Ship ICU 2022g timezone data files which are utilized by PHP
- Do not rename NEWS into changelog.gz, this fixes a build failure on
moment-timezone.js

The time zone configuration scripts refer to the Americas as
"America".
To view this bug, enter "dpkg-reconfigure tzdata". The first page
displayed asks you to choose your geographic area, and shows a list
that starts with:
Africa
America
...
I'm using Ubuntu 10.04 server.
