flexbar is the last package still depending on the old tbb
2020.3-2.1ubuntu1, all other packages have already migrated to onetbb
2021.8.0-1ubuntu2.
flexbar was removed from Debian testing on 2022-07-07 due to

Please remove flexbar and tbb from lunar.
