Some applications cannot be switched by clicking title-bar in Xorg
session.

After upgrade 23.04(luner), Some application can't be switched by
clicking title-bar in Xorg session.
Examples:
Can't switched
- Firefox, Skype
Can switched
- gnome-terminal, gnome-file(nautilus folder window)
Above applications can switched in Wayland session.
