Mouse events stop being propageted to windows of most of the applications. That includes Window decorator. Windows also cannot be dragged. Keyboard events work fine. Problem does not affect the desktop, notification and activities bar, lock screen, launcher, settings, terminal, gnome-text-editor, Ubuntu Software.
