This shows up both in the image preview and in the picture produced after pressing the shutter button. I'm not sure how to reproduce the issue, but I've seen it a total of three times out of about a hundred invocations of the camera app, and someone else in QA saw it during our daily standup. I've attached a video showing what it looks like. In general, it seems like this either happens within ~10 seconds or so of starting the app, or it won't happen during that session. I think it may help to shake the phone and/or touch the image to focus, to trigger the issue, but I have not been able to trigger it on purpose yet. So... not much genuinely useful information yet. But if it continues to happen, hopefully we can gather more details here.
