NetworkManager:1.36.6
2. Test Steps
1). Insert the SIM card
2). Boot into system
3). Open System Setting->Mobile Network
4). Disable Mobile Data
5). Click Network
6). Disable Automatic
3. Expected Result
show visible providers success
4. Actual Result
show visible providers timeout
I wonder if visible providers on the UI can be adjusted to 90s? Ensure
that the success of visible providers is displayed
