the tab autopilot emulator will fail to switch to the next tab if the
current is too long

Bug description:
In order to switch to the next tab, we currently click the current tab, and
then we click the next one.
It can be the case that the current tab title is too long, so the next one is
out of the window and we will need to swipe it into view first. This is
currently not implemented on the autopilot emulator.
