  After installed proposed package libegl-mesa0, reboot system.

  GUI crashed but still able to access system by ssh.

  [Steps to reproduce]
  1. Boot into OS
  2. sudo apt update
  3. sudo apt upgrade
  4. After upgrade process finished, reboot system.
  5. GUI crashed.

  GUI displayed normally

  [Actual result]
  GUI crashed

  100%
