Title: ExpandablesColumn breaks with exactly 2 Expandables Status in “ubuntu-ui-toolkit” package in Ubuntu: Triaged Bug description: When using an ExpandablesColumn with exactly 2 Expandables, if the expandedHeight is greater than the available space (so it needs a flickable), then after expanding it is no longer anchored to the header of the page, but rather the top of the window and can be seen behind the header. I've attached a minimal example demonstrating the problem. You'll notice that when expanding the first column, it breaks as described. However, remove the second Expandable, or add a third and the problem disappears.
