Title: [SDK] Provide a property to change the panel open(), close() animation speed Status in Ubuntu UX bugs: Triaged Status in “ubuntu-ui-toolkit” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: The panel component is an important piece of the bottom edge implementation of several core applications like clock, dialer, contacts, music etc. In the first 3 apps listed, the bottom edge goes all the way to the header and the current default animation speed is too fast. Either reduce the speed or provide a property where this can be set.
