Display flickers and jumps occasionaly in firefox and libreoffice

Bug description:
seems to occur when moving mouse pointer, was ocuring on my other
commputer dell inspiriin 15-3555 but after installing 24.10 test it
went away. was also occuring on both computers after trying to install
24.04-1. this computer is a D.ell latitue 3180. screen flicker just
occurred while typing in this screen.
