In the regression test, this bug is linked to this test case: 1) Swipe from apps scope to view News scope => News content is displayed 2) Return to apps scope => Apps scope is displayed 3) Put device in flight mode to disable data connection => Data is disabled 4) Return to News scope => Cached news content is displayed 5) Refresh scope by dragging down => Scope displays blank page 6) Disable flight mode => Data connection is established 7) Refresh scope again => Scope reloads showing news content
