Title:
internal audio does not work on ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 11
Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Internal sound and mic were working before, but they stopped after
some upgrades. I have updated all packages and installed linux-
generic-hwe-24.04.
I see this error during driver initialization
[ 18.389553] sof-audio-pci-intel-tgl 0000:00:1f.3: codec #0 probe
error, ret: -5
I tried enabling legacy driver by adding:
options snd_intel_dspcfg dsp_driver=1
but it only added Pro audio which did not work either. I've returned
it back to SOF since it was working before.
