Public bug reported:

All the scopes that are from the Ubuntu Store are missing in my scope list even 
those that are my favorites.
Searching in the Manage Dash does not solve the issue unlike before. The only 
way to show them is to reinstall or update to a new version if there's 
available. However, restarting Unity8/device remove them again from the list.

I'm using image # 134 from the 14.09 RTM channel on a Nexus 7 2013.
