Bug description:
Please remove libsynthesis from Ubuntu since it's blocking the removal
of pcre3.
libsynthesis has been removed from Debian Testing but not Debian
Unstable yet. If it is fixed in Debian, it can auto-sync back to
Ubuntu.
We also need to remove syncevolution and lomiri-sync-monitor.
