  Transmission can't access ~/Videos

Status in apparmor package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I try to open my folder ~/Videos inside Transmission, to read a .torrent file 
or save a torrent there, and I can't. It give me access denied error.
  I can access ~/Downloads, and both folder have the same permission.
  I also can access ~/Videos from Nautilus or from terminal normally.
