  Multi-touch don't work after hibernate

Bug description:
  On my computer multi-touch doesn't function after hibernating.

  What is expected:
  After resuming from hibernate, tapping four fingers on the touchpad will open 
the dash, or using three fingers will move windows. 

  What happens instead:
  After resuming from hibernate, using the touchpad with three or four fingers 
does nothing. 
  Running the command:
   
    compiz --replace

  restores those functions.

  How to reproduce: 
  Turn on computer.
  Use three finger drag to move window.
  Use four finger tap to open dash.
  Hibernate computer. sudo pm-hibernate
  Turn computer on.
  Three finger drag does nothing.
  Four finger tap does nothing.
  Enter the command: compiz --replace
  Use three finger drag to move window.
  Use four finger tap to open dash.
