Catch packaging mistakes

Bug description:
I am not sure whether this is meant to be out of scope for the click
tool, but I would find it very helpful if "click build" would catch
some packaging errors or missing files that are required to be present
in a click file.
The ones I encountered
- missing .desktop file
- missing apparmor file
- invalid email format in manifest.json
