Title: OnlineAccountClient::refresh_service_statuses() doesn't refresh known accounts Status in unity-scopes-api package in Ubuntu: In Progress Bug description: Calling OnlineAccountClient::refresh_service_statuses() should refresh the statuses of all known accounts as well as find accounts not yet known. Currently, it only does the latter.
